Suzanne Mauro Meet Suzanne Mauro, Jen's fashion consultant
She helps choose Jen's outfits for her shows. And she has some fashion tips for you, too this season.

Style Tips Spring/Summer

A trench coat is always great for spring. You can throw it on with wide-leg denims or with a dress and heels and always feel chic and completely put-together.

Push up the sleeves of your trench coat for a slimming effect.

Spring and summer are great for comfy, soft fabrics in loose shapes. To avoid a "scruffy" effect, combine with heels, a belt or larger necklace.

Full swirly skirts are great for spring, but remember always wear heels with a fuller skirt. Legs should be elevated, or they risk being lost under all that volume.

If your a lover of arm candy, you'll love the biggest accessory for this spring, "the bangle". They can give your clothes personality.

So don't be afraid to mix them up, by color, style or element. The more the better!

Bold graphic prints are great, but try and offset the bold with accessories in solid shades and more structured shapes.

Beware of big accessories when wearing big prints. The print is the focus here. Don't add too much on top of it.

style tip:
Remember getting the right sports bra is an essential part of the outfitting process for any women who is preparing for regular workouts. Many sports bras are versatile garments that active women can wear in a variety of situations. Select a sports bra that will suit your personal taste, and fit you the best.

Meet Gina Pravlochak, Jen's makeup artist.
She's happy to share her tips and tricks with you.

Pretty Face MakeUp Tips from Gina

Yes its true we are all girly girls at heart, when it comes to makeup. Pull out your playfullness by having fun with your makeup.

· Paint your nails in a hot color, try reds, pinks, and light purples.

· Pick your favorite feature and play it up. If it's your lips, wear red lipstick or lots of gloss.

· If it's your eyes, play around with smoky, come here look, mixed in
with some false lashes. They won't know what hit 'em.

· Try using a soft blue eyeliner instead of black. For a softer look
line the inside of your eye too, for a touch of drama.

· Try using a cream blush for something different and easy. Use your fingers to warm the product before applying it to your cheek area. You can also use the cream blush over your foundation to create a gentle glow.

Thrrrob by Benefits· My pick of the week for this romantic season, (jen is in love with this, too!) is the best flushed cheek on the market. It is the perfect shade of pink, from Benefit Cosmetics - Throbb - Blush in A Box, $28.00. Use it on the apple of your cheek for that natural blushing look.

Leslie SansoneMeet Leslie Sansone, Fitness Expert
Stress effects us all this time of year. We're busy with holiday plans and although it's fun, all of the extra activity does take a toll. Stress contributes to all diseases and rapidly ages us. But, we can fight back. There are healthy ways to manage stress; my favorite is to Walk It Away! (Check out our huge variety of in home walking programs.)

· Walking can put physical and mental distance between you and the stress causing environment.
· Walking will give you time away from the stress to clear your head. Many people carry stress by tensing their muscles.
· Walking will unknot those muscles and put them to work.
· Walking will help you feel your body in motion, reconnect with yourself.
· Walking will help you wear off stress eating related calories.
· Walking will let you take time to work through problems and possible solutions.
· Walking will lower your blood pressure and your heart health risk which is increased by stress.

Meet Joan Guerin, Jen's Web Designer
Whether you're starting an online business, or adding an online component to an established business, take some time for these considerations:

Know Your Audience
Knowing your audience is critical in order to connect and communicate your message successfully.

Choose a Domain Name
Whether you choose a domain name for its descriptive keywords or a branded identity, keep in mind that most Internet users remember websites by their domain names, so keep it simple.

Find an ISP
There are many things to consider when you choose an Internet Service Provider (ISP) or web-hosting service. This article can help.

Stay Competitive
In the cyber-marketplace, you must be able to accept credit cards. Make sure your ISP can handle secure financial transactions and set up a merchant account with them. You can also set up a PayPal account to accept payments.

Plan and Create Your Website
You don't need to be a programmer to create a website. Site development software is commercially available and many web-hosting services offer turnkey design templates. Spend some time surfing the web for ideas. Jot down why you like or dislike certain sites to determine the purpose of your site and what you want the user's experience to be.

Depending on the products or services you have to offer, your site may benefit by hiring a professional web design firm that offers graphic design, programming, photography and writing to assist you in building a strong online identity and a site that's easy to use.

Track Your Stats
Keep track of how many people are visiting your website, how they got ther and what keywords they've used to find it. This will help you to manage and refine your online presence and drive traffic to your website. Many web hosting and third-party services offer tracking capabilities.
